El proyecto de la ejecución de la casa de 3 recámaras, ubicada en el hotel Rancho Punta Garuda, consistió en intervenir arquitectónicamente una estructura de obra negra abandonada a frente de playa, en un espacio habitable.
La etapa inicial fue generar un proyecto ejecutivo manteniendo la misma estructura optimizando costos de construcción al diseñar el proyecto de ingenierías y acabados minimal rústico, pensando en la eficiencia en tiempos de construcción.
Posterior la construcción y supervisión se llevó a cabo con mano de obra y materiales de la zona. Logrando intervenir la estructura en 4 meses y dándole vida a una nueva experiencia frente al mar.
Los acabados utilizados fueron mármol travertino rojo sandblasteado, oxidante de concreto color ocre en muros repellados y resanados con fina de concreto en exterior y baños, muros interiores con sellador color beige por la humedad, plafón a base de tiras de pino entintadas color Parota, accesorios eléctricos, sanitarios y generales en color negro mate y finalmente carpinterías a base de tiras de pino y frentes de tejido de bejuco.
Rancho Punta Garuda
The project to execute the 3-bedroom house, located in Rancho Punta Garuda Hotel, consisted of architecturally intervening an abandoned black work structure facing the beach, into a livable space.
The initial stage was to generate an executive project while maintaining the same structure, optimizing construction costs by designing a minimal rustic engineering and finishing project, thinking about efficiency in construction times.
Subsequently, construction and supervision were carried out with local labor and materials. Achieving the intervention of the structure in 4 months and giving life to a new experience facing the sea.
The finishes used were sandblasted red travertine marble, ocher-colored oxidizing concrete on plastered and resurfaced walls with fine concrete on the exterior and bathrooms, interior walls with beige-colored sealer for humidity, ceiling made of stained pine strips in Parota color, electrical, sanitary, and general accessories in matte black color, and finally carpentry based on pine strips and front weaving of rattan.
