El proyecto de fachadismo para el edificio de “suites” en Aristóteles 341 Polanco, consistió en mantener el layout del proyecto original ejecutado por los arquitectos anteriores, pero rediseñando la fachada.
El objetivo fue generar terrazas para poder ventilar el área pública y recámara principal de cada “suite”, tener acceso al exterior, protegerse del sol en ciertas horas del día, y tener privacidad, pero siempre manteniendo las vistas.
Por lo tanto, diseñamos una doble fachada a base de una celosía invertida por cada nivel, reduciendo la distancia entre cada barrote vertical, comenzado de un extremo hacia el otro con barrotes apilados. En la sección del baño mantuvimos un bloque vertical de malla de acero para mantener la privacidad, pero ventilando e iluminando. De esta manera logramos un diseño de fachada integrado, respondiendo a las necesidades solicitadas.

The facade renovation project for the "suites" building at Aristóteles 341 Polanco, consisted of maintaining the layout of the original project executed by the previous architects, but redesigning the facade.
The objective was to generate terraces to ventilate the public area and the main bedroom of each suite, have access to the exterior, protect from the sun at certain times of the day, and have privacy, but always maintaining the views.
Therefore, we designed a double facade based on an inverted lattice for each level, reducing the distance between each vertical bar, starting from one end to the other with stacked bars. In the bathroom section, we maintained a vertical block of steel mesh to maintain privacy but also allow ventilation and lighting. In this way, we achieved an integrated facade design, responding to the requested needs.
