Río Amazonas 82 consisted of designing a conceptual project to develop a residential and commercial building at street level. To respond to the maximum potential to develop, achieving a 12% vertical circulation efficiency, a basement, commerce, 10 apartments, and a shared roof garden on 7 levels of construction.

For the building's design, we based it on 2 longitudinally overlapped blocks with an apartment in each one per level, generating 2 lateral patios for lighting and ventilation.

The design's proportion adapts to the terrain with a 9 m front, modulating it into 3 equal parts resulting in 3m each and an intermediate floor height of 3 m. Achieving square openings of 3x3m. Therefore, we optimized the economic viability of construction and efficiency in times structurally.
