Río Amazonas 82
Río Amazonas 82 consistió en diseñar un proyecto conceptual para desarrollar un inmueble residencial y comercial a pie de calle. Con el fin de responder al máximo potencial a desarrollar, logrando una eficiencia de circulación vertical del 12%, un sótano, comercio, 10 departamentos y un “roof garden” compartido, en 7 niveles de construcción.
Para el diseño del edificio, nos basamos en 2 bloques traslapados longitudinalmente con un departamento en cada uno por nivel. Generando 2 patios laterales para iluminar y ventilar.
La proporción del diseño se adapta al terreno con 9 m de frente, modulándolo en 3 partes iguales resultante de 3m cada uno y el entrepiso de 3 m de altura. Logrando vanos cuadrados de 3x3m. Por lo tanto, estructuralmente optimizamos la viabilidad económica de construcción y eficiencia en tiempos.

Río Amazonas 82 consisted of designing a conceptual project to develop a residential and commercial building at street level. To respond to the maximum potential to develop, achieving a 12% vertical circulation efficiency, a basement, commerce, 10 apartments, and a shared roof garden on 7 levels of construction.
For the building's design, we based it on 2 longitudinally overlapped blocks with an apartment in each one per level, generating 2 lateral patios for lighting and ventilation.
The design's proportion adapts to the terrain with a 9 m front, modulating it into 3 equal parts resulting in 3m each and an intermediate floor height of 3 m. Achieving square openings of 3x3m. Therefore, we optimized the economic viability of construction and efficiency in times structurally.
